Survey:coping in the Pandemic

Published by on the 6 May 2020

The recent COVID-19 pandemic has forced Higher Education Institutions internationally to adopt digital teaching and learning methods.
You are invited to participate in a survey aimed at researching how academic staff at Higher Education Institutions are coping, in times of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The survey forms part of a collaborative research project between Dr Upasana G Singh, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa (singhup@ukzn.ac.za); Prof Sid Nair, Victorian Institute of Technology, Australia; and A/P Rashmi Watson, The University of Western Australia, Australia.

Ethical approval for this study has been granted at the:
1. University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa as per Protocol Reference Number: HSSREC/00001284/2020 with Dr Upasana G Singh as Principal Investigator.
2. Victorian Institute of Technology, Australia with Prof Sid Nair as Co-Investigator

It should only take 15 minutes to complete.
Your participation is completely voluntary and your identity,as well as that of your Institution, will be confidential.
This survey contains matrices which display better on a full size screen, so it is suggested you complete it on a desktop screen rather than a mobile.

We look forward to your response by Friday, 15th May 2020.

The survey is available at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScpqC6U7qIUnfyOmVneTbKBu1GppgjihnoCzBx7XpKDLexofQ/viewform
