Call for participation of Teaching and Learning professionals in a survey on professional development and career progression

This survey is looing for insights into the current state of professional development, and how it enables career progression, for staff who support learning and teaching in Australasian higher education institutions. The project aims to investigate opportunities and perceptions through the lens of academic staff, professional staff, and the managers who plan professional and career development on their behalf.

The study has Ethics approval through Victoria University of Wellington (# 30414).
