2024 Call for nominations for CAULLT Executive Committee roles

CAULLT is inviting nominations for the following roles on the Executive Committee:

• President
• Ordinary member 1 (role currently held by Professor Ruth Greenaway)
• Ordinary member 2 (role currently held by Professor Michelle Picard)

All completed nomination forms must be received by Sunday, 24 March 11:59 pm AEST. Nominations received after this deadline will not be accepted. Please adjust the submission time if you live in a different time zone.

Please note that

• Election to CAULLT’s Executive Committee are for a two-year term.
• Nominees must be a nominee of a current financial full member of CAULLT (as per CAULLT’s Constitution).
• All signatories to this nomination must be nominees of a current financial full member of CAULLT (as per CAULLT’s Constitution). For a list of member universities and their nominees, please refer to the Member universities and their nominees webpage
• Only one representative from a full institutional member is able to be represented in the Executive Committee.
• ‘Signatures’ may include an actual or electronic signature.
• If Nominators or Seconders are not able to sign the application, they may send an email or letter stating support for the nomination instead; emails and letters of support must be attached to the application.
• Please ensure that you include the Nominator and Seconder details and signatures.

If the number of nominations received is equal to the number of vacancies to be filled, the persons nominated are taken to be elected.

If the number of nominations received exceeds the number of vacancies to be filled, a ballot will be held at CAULLT’s 2024 AGM on 12 April 2024. To register for the AGM, please click here.
