Learning and Teaching Professional Learning Survey of Australian and New Zealand Universities 2024
Project Complete on the 20 December 2024Project Overview
This project revisits and updates the CAULLT 2019 environmental scan of professional learning activities undertaken by Australian Universities. The survey explored the governance of professional learning for Teaching and Learning; staffing; recognition and reward of professional learning; measurement and targets for teaching quality; and details of the learning and teaching development programs being offered by each university. It is timely to revisit this work and provide an update to the sector on the current state of professional learning in Australian Universities.
Audience
The 2024 report will be useful to CAULLT member institutions for benchmarking and also clearly demonstrate the state of play of professional learning in universities in Australasia in 2024.
Project Goal/s
Produce a report for CAULLT members which summarises the current state of professional learning offered within universities in Australia and provides a comparator to the original 2019 report.
