Many of you will be aware of the cybersecurity incident that impacted Canvas and led to Canvas Free for Teacher being shut down in May 2026. You can read the official statement from Canvas/ Instructure here
At this stage, the future of the CAUT MOOC is uncertain. However, Professor Agnes Bosanquet and Associate Professor Marina Harvey (Academic Co-leads), in conjunction with the CAULLT Executive Committee, are currently exploring possibilities for making it available again as soon as possible as an open-access resource in service of higher education communities internationally.
