This presentation reports on a CAULLT-funded project designed to enhance inclusive and equitable hybrid learning in a regional university. The project used collaborative co-design involving researchers, educators, educational designers and students to develop professional learning and practical resources for hybrid teaching. Informed by Moore’s three types of interaction, the Pedagogy–Space–Technology framework and constructive alignment, the project produced a practical guide, whole-unit and session-level planning tools, and implementation support for educators. The presentation showcases how these resources were applied across disciplinary contexts and examines formative pre- and post-project evidence of changes in educators’ approaches to hybrid design. Findings indicate greater attention to accessibility, interaction, shared learning activities and alignment across learning modes, while challenges such as uneven participation, technology and educator workload remained. The presentation concludes with lessons learned, project impact, and implications for future hybrid learning design.
