In 2020 Marina Harvey, Jillian Hamilton and Andrea Adam received CAULLT funding for their Establishing Benchmarking Standards for Academic Development project.
One outcome of this research project is the Academic Development Standards Framework, which can be used as a self-assessment tool, a strategic tool for establishing the rational for an initiative, to inform the design and implementation of academic development initiatives or to evaluate awards programs.
