The Opportunities

We are seeking two Team Leads to support our Learning Transformation initiative, based in Monash Education Innovation, by leading and project managing the creation of new learning opportunities in selected units with designated Faculties.

You will lead a team combining learning designers with subject matter experts, and have access to videographers, animators and interactive expertise to create world-class active learning opportunities for our students, playing a key role in effecting a smooth transition to new and highly interactive learning approaches.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in designing curriculum, learning resources and activities for blended and online teaching as well as experience in delivering effective and engaging training to staff. You will be highly organised and have strong project management skills to support the planning and delivery of new courses and/or units.

This role is a continuing with full-time hours; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
